On a journey through life and embarking on a new leg after 22 years of marriage and a 3 1/2 year relationship. Wow - am I really that old already? And I haven't even really LIVED!!!!! I've existed. This part of the journey is one of self re-discovery. Who am I really? Why am I here? What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about?????
Yeah - that's it. Life is a dance. Sometimes we lead, sometimes we follow. The clearer the communication, the better the dance. The music may change so you just have to learn how to adapt and be flexible. Sometimes it's fast and really “up”, sometimes it's slow and sensual. But when you get really present and in the moment, it's just soooooo easy.
Wow - did I just really write that? It sounds - well, so profound! I've learned so much about myself through dance. I love my West Coast Swing. 
I'll explain more later. Gotta go. Life is waiting….
Life is a dance - Listen to the music, let it fill your soul, for when you become one with the rhythms and the cadence, your feet will know where to go on their own.
A little more about me…
I am a Massage Therapist - I LOVE my job so much that I want to share it with the world. To that effect I have created 2 groups to spread the word about Massage and Integrative Health Care…
One is an Integrative Health Professionals Alliance here in the mid Hudson Valley - very new and very much in it's infantcy.
The other is a Pod here at Zaadz called HealthNet http://pods.zaadz.com/health_net - a similar group for us to connect in cyberspace.
Oh - forgot to mention - I have been selected to serve as an Ambazzaador here at Zaadz….so please feel free to contact me if you have questions, concerns, or thoughts about this awesome site!
